Cody and Corbin Child

Discipline, respect, and hard work are all qualities my brothers and I have learned and grown while training at O & M’s Hap Kwon Do Martial Arts. With learning these qualities at a young age, we have had an advantage in life, academics, and sports. At O & M’s, you will learn how to push your limits physically and mentally. Being surrounded with great mentors and fellow students. Mrs. Oh, in my words, is one of the best mentors anyone can ask for. She will teach and push one to become the best they can be. With clear and disciplined training. With all training, you must give it your all, and apply the things she has taught to you in your daily life. You will see improvement like I have in my life. While training at O&M’s, my favorite attribute I have learned is mind over matter. If you put your mind to it, you can achieve anything. I have had back problems since a young age. Mrs. Oh has helped me focus in strengthening my back including flexibility.

Growing up, I always wondered why do we go to O&M’s? It is hard, it is tiring, and you always get sweaty. I could be playing with my friends or fishing. Until I reached an older age, I never realized how much O&M’s Hap Kwon Do has truly affected my life in such a positive way. It gave me an edge others didn’t have, in sports and academics. Now you could not get me not to go if you tried. The days I go to O&M’s I feel; I have completed the day, rise in my self-esteem, and the satisfaction of working out. Especially after this past year with COVID and being stuck at the house, I do not know about you but I did put on a few pounds. If you are looking for an escape or just feel like you’ve been stuck. Come and try out O&M’s Hap Kwon Do. I know if you do, you will fall in love with the arts as my brothers and I have.
